Annual Tri-It-Young TRAINING

Ages:    6 to 10    (Note: 3 to 5 year-olds won't need this training)

When:   Starting August 6^th 2010 on Fridays for 4 weeks from 10am-11am

Cost:     FREE for Members, $3.50/day for Non-Members

Get in shape for the Annual Tri-It-Young Triathlon.  Each of the first three weeks will cover a specific event in preparation. Final week will give each participant the opportunity to run through the entire triathlon course.

Ages 3 to 5:  obstacle course, cycle twice around parking lot and one lap of swimming at the beach entrance of the pool

Ages 6 to 7:  1 length of lap pool, 1/2 mile cycle and 1/4 mile run

Ages 8 to 10:  1 length of lap pool, 1/2 mile cycle and 1/4 mile run
