    • Aqua Aerobics
      An extremely low impact class to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Because of the water's resistance, water exercise also can improve your strength and flexibility, leading to better muscular endurance and balance.  

    • Arthritis Foundation Aqua Aerobics (aka Senior Aqua Aerobics)
      The Arthritis Foundation Aqua Aerobics class is designed to help relieve the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis while providing a fun, social opportunity. An extremely low impact class to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Because of the water's resistance, water exercise also can improve your strength and flexibility, leading to better muscular endurance and balance. It is NOT necessary to know how to swim.  

    • Boot Camp
      Combination of gym cardio and studio strength. These workouts are designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat, sculpt muscles and improve balance and agility. Alternating aerobic intervals gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow.  

    • Cardio & Weights
      A combination of basic cardio moves to strengthen the heart and muscle conditioning to tone and define your body. Enjoy this amazing exercise program  

    • Cardio Kick Boxing
      This high speed, intense aerobic workout will keep you moving and your heart pumping. Learn kicking and punching sequences while also strengthening the entire body, especially abs and buttocks.  

    • Circuit Training
      This class offers a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. 

    • Core Plus More
      Improve overall body strength endurance coordination and flexibility. This class will consist of a combination of lower body, upper body and abdominal conditioning exercises. Cardio will be added as will to meet all cross training needs. 

    • Energizer
      This class will wake you up and get you going for the day! A Combination of cardio disciplines (hi lo, step and kick boxing) will be interspersed throughout the class. Great class for all fitness levels!  

    • Kick Box Circuit
      Bouts of kickboxing combinations coupled with bouts of resistance training yields a great way to burn calories and elevate your fitness level. This is a total body workout! 

    • Mommy & Me (or Daddy), Sing & Dance, Ages 2 - 4
      With the help of Mom, Dad, Grandma or sibling this class introduces children to movement, music and rhythm, as well as body awareness and physical discipline. This class is designed to develop skills appropriate for this particular developmental age group. Emphasis is placed on fun and the development of positive self-esteem as the child enters one of his or her earliest classroom situations.  

    • Pilates
      This class offers a functional approach to strength and flexibility training. Exercises are created to strengthen abdominal and back muscles by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. The mind/body awareness developed in this class will improve your posture and form in all areas of your fitness program.  

    • Power Sculpt
      Looking for a weight-training class? How about conditioning the body from head to toe.

    • Spinning
      An aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout: "You're going up a long hill now, you can't see the top yet.…" During the class you vary your pace -- sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body.
    • Step
      This intense, high impact, high energy step aerobics class with multiple combinations and patterns compiled of creative choreography, power moves, and interval training.  

    • Strictly Strength
      This class provides a full-body sculpting and toning. It’s a head to toe muscle strengthening and endurance workout. This intense, high impact, high energy step aerobics class with multiple combinations and patterns compiled of creative choreography, power moves, and interval training.  

    • Yoga
      Yoga is one of the safest and most ancient forms of body movement, with several different approaches to its teaching and practice. This Yoga class concentrates on a flowing synchronization of breathing and movement to promote a strong, flexible body and a calm mind. Most postures include modifications, making the class suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate.  

    • Zumba® Toning
      While a regular Zumba class is exciting and fun a Zumba toning class adds another dimension to the Zumba party. This class takes the original dance/fitness class to an entirely different level. This class is a breakthrough muscle shaping system with the use of light weights. In a very short period of time this workout will help you build coordination, muscular strength and reshape your body.  

    • Zumba®, Senior Zumba, Kids Zumba
      Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. This salsa-based aerobics class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience required! Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha!  

    Note: Most fitness classes are free to Members. Non-member rates are usually $6.50 for Adults and $5.50 for Seniors(60+).  Non-member rate for Senior Aqua Aerobics is $4.00 per class.  The Spirit of Dance classes are not included in membership.
