Zumba Toning is Back!
We have added three Zumba Toning classes to our summer fitness schedule beginning August 2nd. Click here to download the Fitness Class Schedule updated July 20, 2010.

Trail Run Series
Next run will be held on Wendesday, August 18. Series includes a variety of challenging and fun runs from 4 to 7 miles over some of Colorado's most spectacular terrain! Stop by the rec ctr to sign up. Click here for more details.

Therapeutic Massage

Karleen Dyc (CMT) provides therapeutic massage by appointment at the rec center. $35 for 1/2 hour specific area, $55 for 1 hour, $75 for 90 minutes. Group rates available. Stop by the rec center or call us at 719.836.0747 to schedule an appointment.
